Booking Policy – Pousada & Spa Mi Secreto

Dear Guest,

It is a pleasure to welcome you to Pousada & Spa Mi Secreto, a seaside retreat created for time to slow down and every detail to be lived with ease.

Our commitment is to offer you a peaceful, safe, and welcoming experience.

Below, you will find some important information designed to preserve the harmony and comfort of everyone who chooses to stay with us.

  1. Rate Types and Cancellation Conditions

We understand that plans can change. With that in mind, we offer two rate options so you can choose the one that best fits your trip:

Non-Refundable Rate

  • Full payment (100%) within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
  • In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded.
  • This option is ideal for guests with fixed travel dates who wish to secure a special rate.

Free Cancellation Rate

  • 50% deposit within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
  • The remaining balance is payable at check-in.
  • Cancellations made up to 31 days before arrival will be fully refunded.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of arrival, later changes, or no-shows will be charged in full.
  • For safety and clarity, all requests must be made via email.

🕊️ Note: changing dates is equivalent to creating a new reservation, subject to availability and current conditions.

  1. Payments and Reservation Guarantee

Your booking is confirmed once payment is received according to the chosen rate.

Reservations without payment within the indicated period will be automatically canceled.

We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and Pix.

For security reasons, we do not accept cheques or foreign currency payments.

Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival:

To ensure your suite’s availability, payment must be made immediately after confirmation, as the system may release the reservation automatically after this period.

  1. Check-in and Check-out
  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: by 12:00 PM

If you wish to enjoy the day a little longer, our team will be happy to check availability for late check-out (50% of the daily rate).

Early departures are non-refundable, but we will do our best to make your farewell as smooth and relaxed as your arrival.

  1. Children and Documentation

We are delighted to welcome families.

To comply with Brazilian law, it is necessary to present an ID showing the child’s parentage.

If a minor is traveling without their parents, a notarized judicial authorization is required.

  1. Visitors and Day Use

To preserve the peace and exclusivity that define Mi Secreto, we do not offer day use and do not allow external visitors in the common areas.

External guests are welcome only:

  • At the Mar & Brasa Restaurant, with independent access;
  • And at the Mi Secreto Spa, by prior appointment through reception.
  1. Identification Bracelet

For your safety and to facilitate our service, we kindly ask that you wear your identification bracelet throughout your stay.

  1. Outside Food and Beverages

We strictly follow ANVISA/COVISA food safety standards to guarantee quality and hygiene.

  • Food and drinks brought from outside may be consumed only inside your suite.
  • Coolers, thermal boxes, and bottles are not allowed in the social areas, pool, restaurant, or gardens.
  • Corkage service: R$ 80.00 per bottle, including an ice bucket and two glasses.
  • Utensil kit (1 plate, 1 knife, 1 fork): R$ 35.00.
  • For safety, acrylic glasses are used in outdoor areas.

These measures ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all our guests.

  1. Pets

We love animals, but our structure is not equipped to receive them with the comfort and safety they deserve.

For this reason, pets are not allowed, regardless of size.

  1. Safety and Personal Belongings

All suites are equipped with an individual safe.

We recommend using it, as the pousada cannot be held responsible for valuables left outside of it.

  • Lost safe key: R$ 400.00
  • Lost room key: R$ 300.00
  1. Internet and Electricity

We offer fiber-optic internet, but as we are located in a natural and remote area, temporary signal instabilities may occur.

Voltage: 220 V.

  1. Tranquility and Atmosphere

Our environment was designed for rest and relaxation.

The use of portable speakers is not allowed.

The sound of the ocean is the soundtrack we wish to preserve.

  1. Breakfast and Dining
  • Breakfast: 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM
  • In-room service: upon request until the day before (R$ 100.00 per couple)
  • Pool Bar: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Complimentary coffee break: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  • Mar & Brasa Restaurant: à la carte, open to the public with reservations recommended.
  1. Pools, Jacuzzi, and Towels

Pools and jacuzzi close at 8:00 PM for maintenance.

Upon check-in, you will receive a towel card that should be returned at check-out.

Failure to return the towel or card incurs a R$ 140.00 charge.

  1. Lost Items and Damages

Forgotten items will be stored for up to 3 months and then donated.

Any damages to furniture, linens, or installations will be charged fairly and transparently.

  1. Acceptance of Policies

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree with these policies and with the Internal Regulations of the Pousada.

These guidelines exist to protect the well-being of all guests and to preserve the peaceful spirit of Mi Secreto.

Reservations for Casa Lola by Mi Secreto are subject to their own terms, which will be sent in a separate email.
